The living room is arranged with a nice dining table arrangement, comfortable leather sofa with footrests and back that can be folded down, 55 "flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and cozy dining area for 2 people. There is access to the south facing terrace from both the living room and kitchen. The terrace has like mentioned an amazing view to the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunblind.The entire house has central controlled air conditioning with heating and cooling.A really nice apartment that is perfect for a great holiday at any time of the year.
