Viihtyisä kaupunkitalo kauniin Leelanau Countyn sydämessä. Kaksi makuuhuonetta (yläkerrassa), toisessa queen-vuode ja toisessa parivuode. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyamme. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on puoli kylpyamme. Täydellinen keittiö, olohuone, ruokasali. Ilmastointi, pesukone ja kuivaaja. Kiinteistössä on pääsy maahan olevaan uima-altaaseen sekä tenniskenttiin. Ympäri vuoden hauskaa! Nauti golfista, veneilystä / melonnasta, kalastuksesta, uinnista, pyöräilystä ja retkeilystä keväällä ja kesällä; upea väri syksyllä; lumikenkäily ja hiihto talvella; ostosmahdollisuuksia ja viininmaistelua ympäri vuoden! Kaupunkitalo sijaitsee osoitteessa Sugar Loaf. Sieltä on helppo ajomatka Sleeping Bear Dunesiin, Glen Arboriin, Lelandiin, Suttons Bayn ja Traverse Cityyn. Kiinteistöllä on golfkenttä, "Vanha kenttä", samoin kuin toinen lähellä, "Manitou Passage". Good Harbor Beach Michigan -järvellä on vain kolmen mailin päässä, ja se sopii erinomaisesti uimiseen ja upeiden auringonlaskujen katseluun.

Summer lake trip

Myself, my wife, and two children (ages13& 16). Travelled to Michigan to hike and experience Lake Michigan beaches. Condo was perfect for us. Super clean. Conveniently located. Great communication with Cathy (owner). Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful

Everything we needed.

The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We brought items from home that we thought we might need, but everything was there. We attended a wedding in Sutton's Bay, which was a short 20 minute drive. We golfed at the Old Course, on property, and had a great time. Mother nature was our only setback, as it rained on Friday and Saturday. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all in my family. Thank you

Bath towels were not in coveinant spot and load towels were let in wash washed that should have at least been in dryer making place smell musty. For the cost spring to have update a little and replace dining rug hang tv above fireplace and get carpet cleaned. Also cleaning person needs to wipe out refrigerator. Overall clean Maybe make sure lights are plugged in upstairs we has to use phone lights since no lights worked and it was dark when we went upstairs. In instructions it says to lock door and upstairs slider does not lock and downstairs slider lock needs to he replaced or fixed. This be recommended and we will not return

Perfect for family vacation

This property was great for our family vacation. While it's a little secluded, it is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area, so convenient for exploring the peninsula. It was just a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Lake Leelanau, and Sutton's Bay. Bike trails and beaches were close and convenient for our family with young kids. The pool access was great and the other residents very friendly. The condo had everything we needed to cook in when we wanted to stay in. The only downside was how the upstairs bedrooms really heated up during the day with the east/west facing windows, but the owner provided fans that helped cool it down. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great place near everything

We can’t say enough about this property! Squeaky clean, fully stocked and photos are good but the place is actually better. The hosts were beyond accommodating when contacted. We would definitely stay there again 🙂

Well appointed condo, lots of great detailed information on things to do. Extra attention was paid to sheets, towels, cooking spices, etc. that you do not always see at many places to rent. Great location close to wineries and Sleeping Bear.

Very nice condo for short stay

The condo was great. The beds were comfortable le and I also appreciated there being beach towels for the guest to use. The only downside is the couch downstairs smelled a little musty. I think that’s because it was right in front of the air conditioner. We just didn’t sit in it are entire time there.

Loved It

One of our best VRBO experiences. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults. The area was well maintained and very quiet. We didn't want for a thing. It is also conveniently located to many natural beautiful spots, wineries and TC. The hostess was very responsive with a couple of questions. The instructions were well communicated and the directions were great. We will certainly go back if possible!

Folks let me tell you Cathy Newkirk is truly an amazing person and Theunit was lovely too. Quiet and in serene setting. We accidentally left a fairly large amount of cash hidden away at her place. Cathy went above and beyond to help locate it and returned it. In a world where sometimes you don’t encounter the best in people, she showed up for us as one of the good people on this planet. I want to come back and stay in her place just because of the goodness she and her unit exude!!!!

One of the Best.

We loved everything about this place. If we could give it a 5+ stars we would. Cathy was on top of everything she had everything you need to cook… We did pasta with grilled , baked and she had all the seasonings and more. Location was perfect we went to sleeping bear dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Northport. And then a short drive to Traverse City and turtle Creek Casino… Something for everyone

Good space but far

Unit has good space, property contact is very responsive, but couple challenges for us - property is not near much, and many places were closed, even for food, etc. Stairs are very steep and made us nervous with the kids. Interior is clean but a little dated. Pool is nearby if you are planning to spend much time at the unit.

Excellent Stay

Clean and well-equipped condo. Location between Leland and Glen Arbor (about 15 min to each) was perfect. Plenty of space for our family of four, with great pool access as well. We hope to come again!
