Just overall a great place. Shuttle runs you to downtown and you can call anytime to get picked up. Pools heated, sauna was great, clean, super comfortable bed. Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Two heated pools. Restaurant and bar. Rooms are fairly large with a view of the water. High end soap etc-my favorite so it was appreciated. The shuttle took us to and from dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel for our 2 night visit. Great staff. Large spacious rooms with multiple amenities. The location is walkable to many downtown Traverse City restaurants and stops however they offer a shuttle that runs daily if you prefer not to walk or drive. Lake views. On site restaurants. Plenty of parking. Clean, safe, accommodating Side note- Eat at Red Ginger-amazing sushi. .

This property is pure luxury, we were greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne and walked into a lobby with cozy lounge features, a fair place and pool area and restaurant and outdoor bar right off the bay. Our room had a snack bar and drinks in the fridge conveniently for purchase, even the shampoo and soaps were brand name blvgari and the spare toilet tissue was wrapped in a ribbon - elegance

Had a family wedding so we stayed two nights. Check in took long and we went through two e as our room was not ready. Bar on the patio should be open by 2 on a Friday, but James was great. Giovani was our waiter for an amazing dinner - duck and lamb were highlights. Rooms need better toilet paper and tissues for $600 a night. Also really need a makeup mirror!!!
