The rooms are not cleaned properly, if you expect to book here I would bring sandals to wear around the room and extra sheets. There’s also a slight bug problem, lots of spiders and there were a few centipedes. We felt disgusting after staying there because of the lack on cleanliness, it kind of ruined the trip. I would recommend staying literally anywhere else, but in previous years I had great luck with Baywatch resort, although it’s a little more expensive.

Rooms and beach are very nice. Doors to rooms are on the outside of building. No elevator, however, the person at the front desk did ask if we needed help as we were on the 3rd floor. Room was very nice.

Loved the beach view. The double queen bed room (with jetted tub) had only a curtain dividing the shower area with the bed area. The curtain doesn’t 100% close off the area- there was always a small gap. No big deal if it’s just you and your spouse, when there is another couple sharing the room- it’s awkward. Prefer no tub and a bigger shower. The shower stall is small and tight.

The rooms are large with great views, but they need a deep cleaning and updates. Bathroom floor was dirty, cobwebs in corners curtain was dragging on the floor and didn't cover the window. Outdated furniture. Very noisy a/c.

The property on the beach used to be cleaned up and groomed on a daily basis. We experienced flipped over and broken chairs this time and the beachfront was not attended to our entire stay. Disappointing

It was good only because we stayed just 1 night this time. We’ve stayed there many times over the years and we love it, however they had a really bad ant problem this year. I called front desk and they provided 2 ant traps at my request, but it didn’t help. I’ll certainly stay again but will request a different room if staying longer.
