There was almost no heat on in the halls or foyer. Husband had to take his coffee to the pool room just to have a bit of warmth. The staff all had coats on and said it was always like that. The breakfast was only cereal and a muffin. Our bathroom was out of shampoo and body wash. When I tried to speak to someone at the counter nobody came out. Not returning there.

Staff and owner were great. Clean nice and helpful. As I helped some one out I was refused a stay there when I came back to traverse city. I understand as me helping ones in need hurt me it seems. As this is a great place .

Room was clean but was a bit run, except the bathroom. The bathroom seemed updated and quite large. Price was fair but the “breakfast” was a joke. No decaf, toast, 1 flavor of muffins, what appeared to be fake Raisin Bran and Cheerios, yogurt, orange/apple juice. I mean it was breakfast for someone that doesn’t care. Maybe a fruit option or oatmeal.
