I stayed at this resort recently and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The resort feels very old and not well maintained. There were spider webs both inside and outside the room, which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good and definitely needs improvement. Another big issue was the cleaning service. They had only one person assigned to clean all the rooms. She first had to prepare the rooms for new guests, and only afterward did she get to the rooms that were already occupied. Because of this, my room was cleaned very late in the day, even after several requests. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations, and I think the resort really needs better upkeep, more staff, and more attentive service.

Great Hotel right on the Beach

Great hotel right on the beach. Beach is awesome right out front. Close to downtown. Rode our bikes everywhere, the TART trail is very flat and paved. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious with great views of Grand Traverse Bay. Highly recommend!

There is no elevator so you must drag you luggage upstairs. Just fYI if you are not able . Room was nice we had a king on the street side . Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is Cheerios or boiled eggs , breakfast sandwich. Not the best . Location is nice . Beach is clean . All in all it’s a nice place . Coffee is great !

Very convenient to everything. Did not like the key situation for security. Had your room number on it and then your parking sticker also had it on there. Why would you want your room number on there where now anyone following you can now very easily find your room. I refused to put it on my car for it was just me and my friend. Other than that we liked the place.

This property is conveniently located and had a really nice outdoor area. The beach was very well maintained and had adequate and nice chairs, loungers, etc. We hung out on the beach most of the time when we weren't out doing things. The sunsets were amazing. We really enjoyed the fresh towels and the easy access from our room to the beach. A couple of our only complaints would be the interior of the rooms were a little dated and there was hardly ever coffee available in the mornings which made no sense because we were told it was available 24/7. Our only other complaint was it seemed the staff was really limited so they were hard to find if you needed something. Neither of these things would limit us from staying again, and I would recommend this place to friends and family!
