I’m usually not one to write a bad review because I work customer service but this property was very dirty and not clean as far as the customer service in the front desk in lobby. It was nice as I thought that’s what the room would be like when we got to the room

Nothing was too much trouble for ANY of the staff. Michael checked me in and told me everything I needed to know. He was patient and very professional when I called to him with questions. The cook in the morning prepared each meal to order with an upbeat friendly attitude and came out to personally serve each of us. The morning desk person (seemed managerial) was super professional and accommodating. One of the cleaning staff went out of her way to get the key to open the laundry room for me that was accidentally locked. Breakfast was abundant and delicious I highly recommend Best Western Rambler

A freak May snowstorm shut down the mountain pass and wed been traveling in the storm for several hours. We needed a place to rest and get some sleep until we could continue our travels. The fronst desk representative very nice and helpful. Bed was great on my back.
