This home is located less than five miles from downtown Truckee, a popular area for dining and entertainment. Visit the Squaw Valley Resort in the winter to ski among the dramatic alpine scenery in an area that boasts one of the longest ski and snowboard seasons in the country! Or take a short drive over to Donner Lake for fishing and hiking throughout the year. Book this home for your next California adventure!

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $17 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
