Ok, make sure all fixtures work. Don’t allow loud parties until 3 am. Let guest know the hotel is under renovation before their reservations are made. Keep homeless people out of breakfast bar.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast options were good with a good variety of items. The only complaint I have is there was construction going on at 8:30am just outside the window. In particular, someone using a power saw.

The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account.

Hotel was renovating but you really couldn’t tell. Some renovation noise but very minimal. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a good selection of choices. One suggestion. Hot items, scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats were over cooked. Especially the eggs. I will stay there again.

The hotel is clean but showing signs of age. The rooms were quiet but the shower had rust stains. It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Our check-in was flawless.Breakfast was mediocre.
