Bed was more comfortable than most modern hotels, not hard as a board, comfy enough. The room is completely silent even though being right next to the airport and Air National Guard base. Really shocked me one morning when I walked outside and the F-16s were screeching by on their takeoffs, couldn't hear them in the room at all. The bathroom has a few spots that aren't getting cleaned though, rust on the handle in the shower, some brown stuff on the hinges of the toilet.

My stay at the hotel was very good. The previous time I stayed at the hotel, it was not a very pleasant stay and I sent a review to the hotel. They communicated with me very quickly and responded very positively and met with me personally to apologize for the things that had not been satisfactory. This time, the staff was very good, the room was what I had requested. It was quieter and everybody was very helpful. A good experience overall!

Four Points by Sheraton at the Tucson Airport is an older property that has since been renovated, is well maintained and quite comfortable. The room was quiet and dark - important if you're resting before or after catching a flight. The breakfast selection was quite good and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again.

The check in process was very slow and they seemed to be having problems with their system and finding a room for me. I had booked a courtyard view with a king bed and got a room with two beds that overlooked the parking area. They put two holds on my bank card for $150 each and when I questioned it that night and in the morning said they could only see one and it might take 7-10 days to remove the hold(depending on my bank). Obviously I wasn't recorded in the room that I was in because another guest tried to get in during the evening and said that they were told that was the room number they were given. Staff also tried to get in to clean in the morning and were surprised I was there. Then the front desk person phoned my room to ask what my name was?? In the morning when I checked out and told the front desk about all of this they didn't seem particularly interested. This is all very unfortunate because all of my previous stays in this hotel have been very good.
