The water in the shower was not hot, the shower curtain was ripped, the floor needed cleaning and a vac. Then the noise from equipment at night from was so loud we had to call the front desk. Finally the elevator broke and was not usable. I would not reccomend this to anyone.

We arrived in Tucson at 2 so we could check in and prepare for our event and the hotel said our room was not ready at to and check in was at 3. I can back at three our event had already started. They said our room would not be ready till after 5. So I went to my event in my street clothes missing out on part of my family's event. I called after five asking could I check in a little later in the evening and the man said yes the proceeds to tell me what time will I be checking in? So I felt like I had to check in asap. So I had to leave my event and miss out even more! Beyond inconvenient and super disappointing. Won't be going back.
