Staff was great & helpful & polite. Lobby clean & smells nice. Clean eating area, breakfast is yummy. Only complain is that some things in room nerd to be updated, floor in my bathroom had loose tile & carpet needs to be washed.

The staff is friendly, and very welcoming. However, this hotel property needs a better cleaning staff and a maintenance crew. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's/Express' but never one that so poorly taken care of.

I was in town for a university graduation and this is the first time I have stayed at this location. I was rather impressed with a convenient and location to get around easily. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay for the price

Family of 6 staying and couch pull out was used. The couch sheets were dirty and had to get new ones also had to ask for blankets which we were giveb very thin sheets the size of a twin mattress. Pool was decent, breakfast was okay.

Good customer service not very clean

Hotel was in a good location. They let us check in early and had excellent customer service. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. The room was not terribly clean. We also did not have any hand soap in the room so had to use body wash. Could have been cleaned better.
