I thought the ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms were comfortable and have what you need. I would guess it's probably a 3 stars or so. I thought the price matched the quality

At checkin we requested a 6:00 AM airport shuttle. We were in the lobby at 5:50 with our luggage and the vehicle was outside. No driver. At 6:10 there was no driver. The receptionist then asked my wife it we "Needed a ride." to which she answered yes. A few minutes later our driver appeared and said "You're supposed to tell us five minutes before that you need a ride." This was announced with considerable attitude I might add. I attempted to say that we reserved the shuttle when checking in and was cut off mid sentence and told that the are no "reservations." Very snarky and impolite young woman. I replied that that requirement should be fully explained upon check in. Then we were crammed into a mini van with bench seats and no room for luggage. The rear hatch was not opened for us. Ridiculous situation. The large real shuttle vehicle was parked nearby. Lights in the room were missing bulbs and one that had a bulb did not work. The bathroom is falling apart.

Two things that prevented me from giving a higher rating: 1. Beds were uncomfortable. 2. The AC unit did not work (our room would not cool down) and was excessively noisy. These two things caused both of us to be unable to sleep soundly.
