I asked to change room the following day after checking in for two nights. Their exit doors at the end of the building is extremely loud opening and closing and rattles the walls enough to wake you thru your sleep all night thru early hours of the morning. Was told its.not possible at all! How? You have people checking out today I'll take a different room after it's been cleaned. The reasoning is just ridiculous as to why I cant get a different room.

Decent place to stay for a night or two! Our bedding was ripped and the room felt damp. No signs of mold or mildew but definitely dampness in the air. The staff was kind. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Free parking. Would stay again for a few nights when visiting.

Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Property is clean, and the housekeeping was maintained during my 12-day stay. Breakfast is average, but for the price this is a great option. Very safe, tons of convenient, free parking. Close to everything.

The carpet in the halls and rooms were awful. The room was very outdated and lots of things not working as they should. I feel this facility was at least $50.00 per night overpriced judging from the 96 nights this year alone we have stayed in hotels. Thanks The Martins

The room was ok, adequate - it appeared to be fairly clean but there were noticeable needs for improvement. Part of the base of the tv was broken and missing, trim missing from the floor board on the corner, bad patchwork job on bathroom wall by shower and rust spot speckled lamp bases by the bed. The desk clerk wasn't very friendly or welcoming when we walked in, but she got us taken care of. Later, when we tried to purchase a water and snack from the pantry, we were told its cash only and she couldnt take a card. When asked to put the charge on the room, we were told we needed to have a card on file to do that. It made no sense, I don't know if she was going to pocket the cash or what that was all about. Would probably not stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and the room service stayed on top of cleaning the rooms. The front desk was accommodating and the service was great. My only suggestion is to update some of the amenities but other than that my stay was great!
