Something is wrong with the water. I had a bottle of water that seemed tainted to me. I showed it to the supervisor at the front desk. She smelled in both the same thing so it was definitely wrong with it.

The room was super clean..Staff was friendly and helpful, such as helped with elevators. We had an issue because we were using wrong set. Everything worked in the room and was easy to controlled. Bathroom had all we needed. Food on 19th floor was great. Would have liked for the bar next to Poker Room to be opened but it wasn't. Parking garage was close.

Staff great, food options were good casino and entertainment was good. Only down side was the room bed was horrible rock hard. Floor tiles in bathroom was missing grout and tiles popped up and moved when walking on them.

Food venues were closed due to 6 inches of snow fall. It was my wife’s 50th birthday and we didn’t expect the weather obviously. I asked ahead to make sure my reservation was going to still be honored. They lett me know a few hours before without any kind of solution while we were already stuck there. They could have been more hospitable especially since the othe properties like Downstream were fully opened and would have been lite years better. We will not go back!
