The stay was decent, customer service was not too friendly, coffee machine did not work in the room even after asking for a new one, i never got it!

My stay was pleasant. Only thing is the staff could be a little more welcoming and dress the part as a front desk clerk. All night kids were running up and down the hallway. People next door to my room were arguing and slamming their doors. But don’t let that stop you from booking with them. Could’ve just been the night I stayed. All together the place was clean and room was nice.

Unruly pool party!

Hot tub was out of order, pool was way over capacity due to a pool party, blaring music. I found one chair available to put our things on, and the another guest decides move it half way out the emergency door to prop it open....to let other people in with my things on it. When I tried to move it back inside, bc I don't want my things outside. She got an attitude, so I gathered my kids, and things and left, bc as a single mom....I didn't feel safe, especially with how many people they allowed in the party. It could be heard all the way in the lobby. Also it said free breakfast when booking, but they were charging like $10 for breakfast, so we went to Golden Corral down the street. I definitely wouldn't stay again, but if you want to party in the pool, and don't mind people being rude, and loud....hope you enjoy your stay! Also almost every ice machine was broken.

Very professional staff, clean and safe. The only complaint I would have is that there was a surprise snow storm and I slipped and fell on the ice in the parking lot getting into my car. I should have reported it, but since the province isn't used to snow, they probably didn't think of it

They have already been paid. They charge an additional $75 deposit that you don’t get back for 3-5 days after you check out!!! I don’t think that it’s right to charge an additional amount instantly that you have to wait on a refund to be returned. Our 1st room the toilet didn’t have water to flush the toilet. Trash in bushes.

Worst Hotel Experience

Pet Fee was $75 since there was no signage, and the couple next door only had to pay $25. When we were leaving the maintenance man was cutting open the wall by the elevator and exposing all the Black Mold he was trying to fix. Very unsafe. Lady at the desk was rude to customers. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
