Shower troubles

The shower we had was a handicap shower and it flooded the entire bathroom. Had to get towels and clean the floors. The floor needs something to deflect the water. Had to wait long periods for staff to show up when we needed anything and at checkout! Otherwise it was a great hotel.

Good location but parking options weren’t great, although that’s expected for downtown so that was okay. Staff was very nice but not very helpful, plus I think they charged me $4 for a bar of soap because there was no hand soap in our hotel room

Overall the Hyatt is nice, but being charged $28 per night for parking and then having to be back by 12 or not have an option for parking was a problem.
