Room flooded. Management failed to respond.

Not good. At 8pm on day of our check a fire sprinkler sprung a major water leak resulting in flooding our room. I immediately notified desk clerk that our room and other rooms would be compromised unless emergency mitigation was implemented. She advised there was nothing that could be done. We were offered another room or a refund. A refund was the only reasonable option considering circumstances. She would not provide me a refund receipt even though she advised it would be emailed to me which I have not yet received.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options and really good. The hotel was very clean the only thing our bathroom didn't have a working vent. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel staff was great as always. The only thing that made the stay not so great was the amount of kids that were there. They were running up and down the halls. You could hear them yelling and talking loud inside their rooms. They tracked water from the pool all over the lobby and elevator. In the morning they had ate every bit of the breakfast and let their mess everywhere. What we were able to eat was delicious. I felt so bad for the staff having to clean up after them while their parents did nothing. We love staying at this hotel because of the nice staff and the rooms.

Anniversary Stay.

Its was awful. I usually stay twice a year. This time at 2am in the morning the fire alarm goes off,( due to someone smoking in there room) took the fire department 20 minutes to get there. All together we are outside for about 35 minutes. Secondly it sounding like an episode of Street Outlaws was being record on the highway. It started about 7:30pm and end 3-3:30am. Told the front desk manager. She acted like it was no big deal. My last stay there.
