Very nice person checking us in. Nice place to stay, however the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Also, first time we ever missed having a coffee maker in the room.

The staff was amazing and the cleanliness of the facility was awesome. Only one suggestion: kids and families should be on the first floor. I had what sounded like a kindergarten school directly above my room and the kids obviously were full of sweets because they never went to sleep. So the noise level caused me not to enjoy my stay. I wanted to extend my stay, but after complaining to the front desk about the noise and us not being able to gain control of the situation, I unfortunately had to relocate to another hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Very convenient location for traveling and the room was clean. There’s no microwave or coffee pot in the room, but other than that we didn’t have any complaints.

Hotel had recently opened up after renovation and purchase by Hilton. Owner and staff were very nice and wanted to make sure travelers were comfortable. Room was clean and I like the renovation. Breakfast was continental, and for me, that was fine. Coffee was good! I always look to stay here on my way to and from Arkansas from Georgia.

Great little hotel near Elvis!

Room was great and comfortable. Hotel was nice. In a good location close to highway, but in it's own little space. The free breakfast was cold items only and not a ton of variety. This hotel is only a few minute drive from the birthplace of Elvis...do fun!!

I felt truly welcomed at the front desk by a young lady named Danielle. She was very pleasant and welcomed me by telling me about the hotel, the things available to me and because it was late, she asked if I needed anything. My room was nice. I slept very comfortably. At breakfast, I met Robert and he was very kind, answering my questions about food. I'm kinda talkative, but he listened, smiled and continued to work. I will refer other family and friends to this location. Please thank them for a great service

We are from the Tupelo area and we’re having some renovations done in our home. Which required we stay a few nights in a hotel. We noticed that there were fingernail clippings in the floor the first night we stayed. We requested it be vacuumed. Room service never came back after the request. The air needed to charged bc it wasn’t cooling off the too during the day. But this stay was pleasant compared to the La Quinta

This hotel was dirty stain couches, old sour smell,discolorated toilet with yell.stains , they should not have hilton attached to.it, we had two rooms ,went right back down and got refund which took 3 days ,absolutely disgusting
