The Check-In was very good organized and quick. The Recepionists are very kind. The Shower and Balkony could be cleaned better. Shower was very calcified. And some forniture for the balcony would be great.

Schönes Hotel aber Frühstück schlecht

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber aber das Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel einfach schlecht. Esstisch war in der Mitte und Büffe war überall im Saal verteilt und zu wenig Auswahl für meinen Geschmack

Hotel in einem Vorort von Turin/ Italien

Pros: Der Wellnesbereicht war in Ordnung und gepflegt
Cons: Ausbildung und Ausstattung der MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption
Location: Vorort von Turin
Das Hotel hat optisch offensichtlich seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Das gesamte Hotel zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Teppichböden sind deutlich abgelaufen. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nichts Besonderes aber o.k.. Die MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption sind nett und bemüht. Jedoch gab es u.a. keinen Stadtplan von Turin. Weder zur Einsicht, als Service-Leistung des Hotels oder käuflich zu erwerben. Obwohl offensichtlich regelmäßig internationale Fußball-Fans absteigen, war keine kompetente Auskunft über den Weg zum Fußball-Stadion zu erhalten. Auch sonst keinerlei Informationen über Turin und seine umfangreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten... schade....Die Öffnungszeiten des SPA beginnen unter der Woche erst am Nachmittag. Schwimen vor dem Frühstück nicht möglich.
