Perfect location for us with the canyon trail to walk and a restaurant accessible without getting back in the car after a 9 hour drive. Hotel is clean and comfortable. We’ll be back on our next trip through Idaho.

Our room, supposedly the last one, was assigned to us dirty. It had dirty sheets and trash everywhere. When we told the front desk person, Sparkle, she said she couldn’t do anything about it. She said it was not in her job duties to clean and she was not trained. This was at midnight, after driving 8 hours, and I was there with my two minor daughters. She had no care in the world and didn’t even help us find new accommodations. In fact, another hotel that is also Wyndham helped us look around the area. Worst customer service experience ever!

Overall very nice hotel with lots of parking. Comfortable bed, very spacious room, good gym with free weights, decent breakfast options. The air conditioner was the only thing that wasn’t great, it wouldn’t stay on constant fan and cycled on and off every few minutes.
