Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This is what we found when we stayed at this hotel. Bed spreads were stained on two queen beds , toilet did not flush properly, mold in shower , room needing repair. We stayed two nights and beds were not made but towels were replaced so housekeeping was in the room . Door to access hotel room was not working properly and we would have to slam the door to get it to close and push it hard to open. Chain for security on the door was missing. Mini refrigerator was in ill repair , door would not shut properly and would have to be lifted upward to close. The small freezer was frosted over and broken . Ice only available on third level. No working elevator to third level so you must take the stairs . Plus there was unexpected property fees , taxes that pushed up nightly stay to nearly 200 dollars a night which was an unexpected expense. For nearly 200 dollars nightly , I believe there must be much better hotel options. Tybee island is special and the beach is very nice but this hotel is old and needs renovations. Don’t stay here.
