This was my first time at a bed-and-breakfast so I didn’t really know what to expect. The plants and trees and flowers on the ground was beautiful however, the steps going down the back porch were a little steep for me. The service was good. The cleanliness was very good. I kinda like the spiral steps up to the upper bedroom area. It was very interesting. It reminded me of childhood days of having sort of like a treehouse. I think the hostess kind of got a little irritated with me when I inquired about the breakfast meat options that I had inquired about weeks before coming as told to do due to my allergies, but the food was good. The location to the beach was great. We also ended up walking, I think like two blocks down and was able to find a nice little strip to get some snacks, food and souvenirs. This was my first time to Tybee Island and I am looking to go back again and explore the beach a little bit more than I was able to this time because it was still a little windy and raining.

It’s a great, cute place. Short walk to the beach, lighthouse, ice cream, and several restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Our room had tons of charm. Great location, will be back.

Hreat laid back island place. Tbe Inn setting is classic shady, southern oak covered front, moss et al, and nice porch. Room and i side comfotsble, and other guests very nice folks. They and owner and young couple staff/ do everything all very hospitable. Short walk from East Beach access.

This was our first stay on Tybee, and the Tybee Island Inn was a perfect choice! Inn was beautiful and the owners and their family were wonderful! The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk to many things we wanted to see and do, including the beach!! Breakfast each day was freshly prepared and delicious! We had a hard time leaving and loved it so much we wanted to stay longer!!

The Inn was quaint! We loved the yard with a bunch of seating areas to hangout in and the smell of fragrant white flower that's all over Tybee and savannah. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The building is old but somewhat updated. Although the room we stayed at which (Aft-loft) had an old room smell.. i wish they had put a spray before we arrived so it would smell fresh and clean. The aircon especially in the afternoon can be noisy. The shower area in the bathroom did have some hair which shows the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The free breakfast was good every time but the portions were really small and probly can do with a little bit more. Other than that, the place was value for money, it was a few mins. walk or bike from the beach, the ice cream place, north beach bar and restau and the light house so we can't complain. They have other snacks and a wide selection of teas and a bunch of coffee syrups which were great! Will definitely come back!

Lovely property..! I felt the In keeper should have been more available (seen) to interact with. From other B&B experiences the inn keepers are always about doing something..conversing, cleaning etc. Overall it was a lovely property and good experience. Thank you so much!

Our bedroom and bathroom were 77 degrees from afternoon through evening. It was miserable getting ready for the rehearsal dinner on Friday and a relative’s wedding on Saturday. When we told the owner that it was 77 degrees in our room, he said there is only 1 thermostat in the house and the rest of the house was fine. He said our room was hot because it gets the afternoon/evening sun. The temperature only came down to 73 and 74 by the next morning. Also, the toilet didn’t flush properly. To get the water to stop flowing in the toilet, we always had to go back and jiggle the handle. The noise was loud and annoying with water flowing continuously.

Nice place

Was a good location. We could walk to the ice cream store, a restaurant and the beach. Had lots of places to sit outside, provided beach chairs and beach towels. We had parking. Good breakfast, but no choices. I think they would accommodate allergies though.
