Room choice was poor.

We checked in at chech in time. We were given a room that looked out at a roof. There were holes in the black out curtains. The rest of the room was perfect. The check in woman was very friendly.

Pleasant stayed at residence inn 100 recommended. In the other side the room needs some maintenance,sink was leaking ,shower and light were malfunctioning

Housekeeping Hangover

The condition of the room was poor. The shower drain was clogged and dirty underwear from prior guests were laying in the closet floor. These are basic things that should be checked before new guests arrive. Very disappointed!
