Roach hotel and the worst staff

They had dead roaches all over the hotel and live ones coming out the a.c I tried to change and leave they denied me because I already paid. So I slept in my car for the meander night cause there in the bathroom coming out the walls. Won’t refund money just want to make the expire worst ever but this is a rich hotel if your looking for class this not it. Won’t even give me no bug spray

The room was average. Remote didn’t work properly. Did not have a comforter on bed, just two sheets, room was spot cleaned, tub was not cleaned properly, traffic noise throughout the night, a little pricey for all the non accommodations. Positive: the room was spacious and the property is conveniently located around a lot of other businesses: shopping, restaurants and hwy
