We had a short stay here and I have no complaints about the service or staff at all. The biggest issue I had was the fact that the first thing I noticed when we enetered our room was the overwhelming musty, mold smell. I was too tired to swap rooms and just dealt with it because we had been driving all day. I thought it may have been a funky “new carpet” chemical smell, but even the next day after showing and going out to town, I kept getting the musty smell and realized it was my hair. I’m not sure if it was just the room or also the water, but it wasn’t pleasant. Overall cleanliness was also subpar.

The condition of the room wasn't the greatest - there was a huge spackled area in the wall of my room, ceramic chunks missing from the bathtub, etc. For the price I paid, it wasn't worth it.

After a long drive in, we were given a room assignment and when we got to the room, after carrying our luggage to the room, it was unclean. It looked as if someone had just gotten up from a sleep, showered and brushed their teeth and then left out. The bed was undone and bathroom had dirty towels in the tub. The bathroom toiletries had been opened and used. The room had not been cleaned. On the way to our second room assignment, although the beds had been made, we were "greeted" by a stinkbug which was lingering on one of the hallway ceiling tiles. When we came back to retrieve our luggage from the first room, the keycard did not work. So now we had to go back to the reception desk to tell the agent that we needed to retrieve our items in order to move to the next room. The best part about our stay was the hospitality of the one person staff member at breakfast, although for a Sunday, it was surprising that there was no full breakfast spread! The food was very limited.
