The room was large, very clean and comfortable. It was in walking distance from the Stanley Theatre where we attended a performance…an added bonus…the star of the show (Richard Thomas) stayed there too and we got to meet him the next morning!

It was a nice ro and the people at the front desk was really helpful and understandable they helped me through a hard time i was having this weekend and showed me a good thing and sat and talked to me when i felt down and sad the lady who opened the pool area when i could not get in cause my key did not work was very helpful and really understanding and she even got me extra towels when none was at the pool... the guy who helped me with a paper i had to fill out was very good at explaining it to me and the restaurant food was amazing really good taste and the mixed drinks was good mixed with the good... i really loved my stay and i will he going back soon

The staff at the front desk both upon arrival last night and departure this morning, plus the staff doing the breakfast service, were AMAZING. It was an unexpected stop for us because of weird weather. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. A wonderful room, the whole thing, amazing.

Room service is hit or miss. If they don’t have enough staff, you have to go get your own food. Honestly ruined my plan and mood but besides that it was nice. Check out 12 is always a beautiful thing when you want to relax and take time for self.

I reserved my room 3 months ahead of time as a pay at property and the day before I was due to check in, the hotel charged my card for my entire stay. They advised it was to “ verify the card on file for the reservation”. First thing- if I booked with a third party Hotels.com, this should have been confirmation enough!!!!!! As I was paying at property and it was confirmed at time of reservation. I have NEVER had this happen in all the years of using hotels.com. I was merely compensated $50 for the error AND when brought up to the manager at the hotel all I received was an apology and a supposed upgraded to a king room with a sofa bed, not needed as I already had a king room reserved. I was completely disappointed with this as not even a complimentary breakfast each morning for the 4 days we were there!!!!!
