Kat's Kabin, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 1555 Lemond Rd, Utopia, TX, on toinen mökki, joka on saatavana Four Sisters Ranchille. Se on3 km: n päässä Four Sisters Ranch -mökistä, joka on myös listattu. Kat's on kaunis, yksinäinen ranchomökki 1000 yksityisellä hehtaarilla Four Sisters Ranch -kadulla. Sijaitsee luonnonkauneimmassa osassa Texas Hill Countrya, aivan Lost Maplesin ja Garnerin osavaltion puiston välissä.

Tässä täysin kalustetussa mökissä on yksi makuuhuone, jossa kaksi queen-vuodetta (vuodepaikkoja 4), yksi kylpyhuone ja täysin kalustettu keittiö. Meillä on poreallas, kaksi kuistia, varjostettu BBQ-alue, terassi, villieläinten syöttölaitteet ja palo-kuoppa.

Voit nauttia luonnon, villieläinten ja kauniista yötaivasta. Kuistilta löydät erilaisia villieläimiä, kuten peuroja, kalkkunaa, villisikoita ja kolibreja.

Sijaitsee 90 mailin luoteessa San Antoniosta ja 7 mailin päässä Utopiasta. Mökki on 10 km: n päässä Vanderpoolista, TX: stä, jossa asuvat Lost Maples State Park, Polvadeau Vineyards ja Lonestar Motorcycle Museum. Garnerin osavaltion puisto, Frio-joki ja Concan ovat noin 30 minuutin päässä. Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Medina, Concan, Boerne, Bandera ja Comfort ovat kaikki lähellä ja upeita ostosmahdollisuuksia. Yöelämä on saatavilla Banderassa.

Kaarevilla, luonnonkauniilla teillämme on upeat näkymät mäelle. Paikalliset aktiviteetit: Golf Utopiassa (elokuvan asetus 7 päivää Utopiassa). Mene uimaan Sabinal-joen Utopia-puistossa, kellu Frio-joella. Retki Garner Parkissa. Mene lintuihin Lost Maple Parkissa. Katsele tähtiä. Valokuvanäkymä maalauksellisista kukkulamaisemista BBQ patiolla. Käy viininmaistelua Polvadeaun viinitarhoilla. Texasin kukkulamaa on upea vuosi lintujen ja villien katselupaikan ympäri! Olemme yhdellä Texasin parhaista alueista nähdä Golden Cheeked Warbler, Black Capped Vireo, Vermilion Flycatcher ja enemmän!

Voit ruokailla The Laurel Tree -puistossa Utopiassa (vaatii varauksen) ja Mac & Ernies Tarpleyssa fantastisen ruokailukokemuksen vuoksi! Utopialla on kaksi kahvilaa ja joskus hieno BBQ lauantaisin.

Annamme sinulle ranch-kiertueen jeepeissämme tai jätämme sinut täysin yksityisyyteen. Sinun valintasi. Sinut ympäröi luonto upea mäkimaassa. Näet loistavan tähtitaivaan ja tulen lentää kesäkuukausina.

Lähin lentokenttä on San Antoniossa (~ 1,5 h ajomatka). Austin on ~ 3 tunnin ajomatka.

Muita huomioitavia Yövaraukset ovat sallittuja vain viikonpäivinä, ei viikonloppuisin. Suurimpien lomien aikana vaaditaan vähintään kolme yötä. Utopia on erittäin pieni yhteisö, jolla on tavaratalo, pankki, huoltoasema, kahvila ja muutama kauppa. Rajoitettuja päivittäistavaroita on saatavana yleiskaupasta. Lähin suuri ruokakauppa ja sairaala on 45 mailia (Hondo, Kerrville tai Uvalde). Matkapuhelinpalvelu on erittäin rajallinen, vain AT&T ja Consumer Cellular toimivat ja ovat tahraisia. Meillä on langaton internetyhteys, joten matkustamossa voi olla puhelinpalvelu.

Olutta ja viiniä voi ostaa Vanderpoolista pohjoiseen sijaitsevasta lähikaupasta Lost Maples State Park -puiston lähellä, ei Utopiassa.

GPS ei ole aina tarkka. Ota Hwy 187 Utopiasta pohjoiseen. 3 mailin päässä vasemmalle West Sabinal Rd. Jatka kunnes pääset Lemond Rd. Käänny vasemmalle Lemondilla ja jatka, kunnes saavut vuoteen 1555. Etsi käännösten kohdalla Four Sisters Ranch -merkkejä.

Meillä on toinen hytti noin 0,3 mailin päässä. Four Sisters Ranch Cabin on myös luettelossa, jos haluat varata molemmat mökit perheen päästäväksi.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay and plan to return for a longer stay in the future. It is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. They have a great setup for bird watching as well as other wildlife. The cabin was beautifully decorated and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get away.

Have already recommended to others! Will definitely be back. We couldn’t have found a better place for this noise-sensitive human and a country-happy dog planning to visit nearby state parks. The only sounds: birds, breezes, a bunny …perfect contentment. My wife and I had the most incredible stay at Four Sisters Ranch Cabins while celebrating our 4-year anniversary on February 14, 2025. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. Kathleen went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving a thoughtful note and a freshly baked loaf of bread to greet us—such a sweet and personal touch!The cabin itself was perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The welcome book on the table was a delightful surprise, sharing the rich history of Four Sisters Ranch, as well as recommendations for scenic drives and must-visit spots around Utopia, TX.My wife and I love to travel, and this trip quickly became one of our favorites. Perfect Place To Unplug

The cabin was everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Directly in between Lost Maples & Garner, it allowed us easily visit both parks. The front porch had a wonderful view of the hills to the east while the back porch had a covered area with so many cardinals - and even a few deer came by at sunset. The inside of the cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wildlife was spectacular including both animals and birds! Our host Kat checked with us several times to make sure we enjoyed our visit! There are may places to explore in the area including the drive over highway 337 with its spectacular views!

Great nature getaway!

This little cabin is exactly what we were hoping for! Secluded, great covered patios in front and back, and back patio is so relaxing! Hummingbird feeder, bird feeders and birdbath all get a lot of activity, plus a great view of the deer, turkeys and hogs when they come out to eat. This place had everything we needed…charcoal grill, cookware, coffee, etc. very clean as well. Buddy the cat was great company too! Definitely would come back!

Adorable, Peaceful, Well-Equipped

This property is fantastic. It’s so well cared for with the owners nearby. It’s laid out as one large open room with sleeping, living, cooking and eating zones all in one space, and a separate bathroom. The cabin, on a ranch, is very peaceful and surrounded by a combination of trees, grassland, wildlife and hills in the distance. The owners feed the deer, and the deer were quite present. Beds were comfortable (one firm and one softer mattress) with lots of pillows. My mother and I loved this peaceful place “out in the country”.

Honeymoon Getaway

From the time we arrived until we left was all about fun and relaxation. The ride around the ranch with Butch was wonderful. Kat was very helpful with everything we needed. Beautiful property with lots of deer and turkey. Enjoyed watching the rain storm come in on the porch. Will definitely be going back.

The stars at night, are big and bright…

…deep in the heart of Texas! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend at Kat’s Kabin! We golfed in Utopia (Seven Days In Utopia movie is a must see for any golfer), ate lunch at the Lost Maples Cafe and dinner at Mac and Ernie’s Roadside Eatery, which was recommended by our host. And we’re so glad we made the little drive to Tarpley! The food was delicious! Oh the carrot cake! Yum! The drive to/from the ranch to Mac and Ernie’s was beautiful. We returned to the ranch and set up the lounge chairs in the front yard and watched the sky come to life with so many stars. Followed closely by a meteor shower. It was amazing! The next day, after a leisurely morning on the back porch watching the hummers, deer, birds of many kinds and the cabin’s cat, we checked out Lost Maples State Park. It was too hot to hike but we got a glimpse of the maple trees. Can’t wait to see them in the fall. Dinner at the Laurel Tree, another recommendation from our host, was delicious! It’s a hidden gem in the middle of this tiny town. Another evening was spent under the stars and meteors with a nice bottle of red wine. The cabin was clean, very well appointed, private, full of life with nature all around. Kat was the perfect host; kept in touch and provided great info. They were nearby if we needed anything. We’re already planning a trip back to Kat’s Kabin this fall. Ten star host and property! ⭐️

I property was beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Was able to hike and take pictures. Birds and deer nearby. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Easy access to it. The porches were amazing. I spent a lot of time relaxing on them.
