I have stayed in this hotel twice in the last 6 months and both times the elevator has been out of service. It’s a new hotel but seems to have some major service issues.

The elevator is still not fixed and you have carry your suitcase up the stairs. I stay there about once every two months. They seem to never have a 1st floor room available. The elevator has been out of order for over six months.
