Room was not ideal the window shade was broken the the temperature control was broken, the room smells like human. Then I got move into a better room 7pm hot water went out. The sound proofing of this hotel is terrible you could hear the top floor someone walking, you could hear the people talking on both sides. The supervisor bald headed old man was grumpy. I asked why there is no hot water? His response was I’m taking care of it but you can sense from his actions go back to your room and stay there and stop complaining.

This place was a dump. I checked in at 8pm and there were 3 cleaning carts clogging the elevator area and the laundry room door was open and was overflowing with dirty laundry - just not a welcoming look at all. Their breakfast was good though.

I miss the old style Hampton. It felt closer to home. This one is newer,but feels sterile, more like a hospital. Everything is grey and the lighting is fluorescent and harsh. Just my opinion. My son enjoyed the exercise room.
