Solid location and lovely staff. Hot tub was closed, and the gender-separated saunas were a miss for us. The White Spot downstairs was unexpectedly cold and kind of weird, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Hotel room was ok, we booked 2 queen bed and we were given 2 double beds. Beds are uncomfortable, the exhaust fan was so loud. However the staff and customer service was excellent and close to restaurants.

Staff was very accomodating when I had arrived early morning (8am). They were able to hold my luggage until check-in time. The staff were super friendly and were always willing to assist. I would stay again since location is in walking distance from many places in Downtown Vancouver and if you wanted the public transit, it is conveniently nearby.
