Great location, easy reasonable parking, comfortable rooms. Breakfast good. We have stayed here since 2003. Getting a bit tired around the edges. Armchair was falling apart. Silicone round bath in many layers.

The urban location and condition of this property was excellent, but it was hard to find. More information about parking and cost of parking up front would have been appreciated. The staff was friendly, but few. Better signage around the facility would also be appreciated. The door accessing our hallway had a small and beige coloured sign beside it that was nondescript and the door looked like a fire escape not access to a beautiful area.

Very thin walls and very noisy neighbours. Take earplugs! Balcony is a bit drab. Room with a city view is more of a view of the buildings opposite. Is conveniently located. Unfortunately have to pay for parking which we did not realise. Staff however very friendly

The bed was horrible. Bathroom was not clean. Hair in the bed. Check in was quick atleast. But the morning breakfast was awful and they charged us auto gratuity. Not impressed with that. Overall will not go back.
