Clean and cozy

The room was great! I loved the shower (room 2). They did have a cat, if someone has allergies. The host was friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night before our cruise; we used an uber.

Really liked how quiet it was, very peaceful space, and you're right next to a bus stop, like a few steps away which will take you all the way to Metrotown. They do have a cat, which I'm a little allergic to, but I don't mind them around. But I only saw the cat once out of my five days, so if you're concerned, they're mostly upstairs.

I never really rate stuff online, so I really just had to share my experience. My mom and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Check in was smooth and easy. The room we stayed in had a great view of the front yard and the overall cleanliness was amazing. The bathroom as well was very clean and spacious! They also have 2 rag doll cats that would occasionally appear and I absolutely adored that. The hosts were also the sweetest and helped with everything that I inquired immediately. Keep in mind to whoever decides to book in the future it is an airbnb/hotel type-esque vibe, so you may or may not interact with other guests! All in all my entire experience here was great and I would definitely book again in the future :)

it was great! i would just say so that you guys know, there is a typo on the front guest guide booklet and the switch to turn on the lights in the ceiling did not work but a lovely stay regardless of that!

Quiet and conveniently located near the airport. My room was in the basement but was bright and airy. I shared a bathroom with one other rented room. There was a common area with a coffee station and kitchenette for both rooms, and a nice patio with lounge chairs outside.

Genuinely shocked at how many good reviews this place has (which is why I booked in the first place). The property has a shared bathroom that was COVERED in black mold. Another guest who was sharing the space with me had checked out while I was there so I thought they would've cleaned the shower and bathroom between guests, but they did not. Also 2 of the 3 showers I had were completely ice cold, surrounded by mold. As someone with respiratory issues this was very worrisome to be around especially as there is only 1 shared shower. Not a pleasant experience at all. The room was spacious, but didn't have as luxe of a feel as the photos would suggest. Overall I would not recommend staying here, especially since it was $750 for 3 nights. I reached out to see if a partial refund could be given due to the unsanitary conditions but they refused. The hosts should be ashamed charging that much for a moldy bathroom shared between multiple guests. Will be reporting to BC Health authority.

Very Affordable and Comfortable

The room was comfortable, clean and modern. Lots of close free street parking. About a km walk to the SkyTrain station. The host was very efficient with communication.

Just ok

We did not realize that we would be staying in someone’s home. I guess that is what “host” referred to. It was clean but small with few amenities. It was not a place to relax, only sleep. It was very overpriced for what we received.
