The property is lovely and staffed by amazing people. The one bedroom suite was warm and inviting annd the room and hotel were very clean throughout. I cannot say enough about The Bacchus restaurant which was fabulous. An absolutely wonderful stay

VIP reservation said we would received parking credits which we didn’t. Staff said is was because the room we booked was non-refundable and lower cost. What’sthe point of having a benefit that is stated when you book the room and the hotel doesn’t comply? Anyway that was our only beef that we thought you should be aware of.

The Wedgewood was a beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and the fireplace in the front foyer was very welcoming and quaint. Lovely property and nice balcony view.

Loved it all. The Wedgwood is our only go-to hotel in Vancouver. We go once a year for a special 3 day break with our Havanese. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and flexible. They are all to be congratulated for the welcoming atmosphere they provide guests. The weather was great too!

Very classy and high end hotel. Rooms were great and spacious. Staff were very good and service was impeccable. Bacchus restaurant and bar was also great. The area was a little noisy as any city at night with people and in the morning with workers outside, so the rooms could have better windows as was a bit of a draught and noise.

Wonderful Wedgewood

We were greeted to the hotel very nice service staff. Restaurant on site and offers nice lunch and makes a lovely breakfast. Rooms - we had a Jr. Suite. Excellent beds, bedding and pillows. Very comfortable. Sitting area with sofa, also comfortable. Unfortunately, t.v.'s would not change channels, so bedtime was a bit disrupted; we like to watch t.v. before bed and neither t.v would work. Apparently a system problem that couldn't be corrected. So that was now great. Also the phone next to the bed, handset was not functional. Had to use speakerphone to talk. Somehow I failed to pack my toothbrush. I called to the front desk and they brought one up for me very quickly and with a smile. Much appreciated. Room was cled to perfection daily and evening turn down service also very nice. Towels were always refreshed daily. We would likely stay again.
