Ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos de la Plaza San Marcos. Justo en el centro de Venecia. Hotel viejo en su interior parece un laberinto. Ofrece justo lo necesario, cama y baño. El desayuno sencillo pero muy funcional. El personal en recepción no es tan amable, pero creo que es cultural. Resulto costo efectivo en calidad-precio. La ubicación y ofrecer desayuno es su ventaja. Tiene aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Limpieza sencilla en la habitación.

Good location, good breakfast, poor service.TV no sound, sink did not hold water, shower head fell off, doors don't close properly, no drawer space, limited hangers none would hold slacks/trousers, did not have any maps of Venice, none of these were addressed during our stay. Also, room very small, limited space for luggage, poor lighting, bathroom needs update.

Very Helpful staff, clean rooms, some rooms need to be renovated others are quite okay just dated. Not everything works in the bathrooms. The breakfast is really not good. The hotel is 2 minutes from San Marco.

Pictures of bedrooms true to advertisement. Bath very tall to enter but had a bidet. Caution: For elderly or with disability, the long halls and stairwell unmanageable. We went up elevator to floor 2 just to walk long hallway, down a set of stairs, long hall, then up stairs to level 2 again. Front desk staff rotated daily, never the same one and each more indifferent than the last. Clean, no smells. Convenient to all attractions.
