Awesome location away from and easy to navigate to all of the wonderment of Venice! The only thing keeping this from a perfect 5.0 rating is the wifi was terrible. Staff especially Francisco were fabulous. Highly recommend and know you won’t want to use the wifi! Great hotel!

My room was not st the main entrance. I had to go through the courtyard. The room had three levels / with many steps from the bed to the bathroom / I found it very inconvenient and dangerous. I had to keep light on through the night. But the worse was my bed . It was so high that I was not able to get in. I am but shot - ft 5’6. They had to bring in a box that I could Strp on it and then climb into the bed. It was awful. Getting from the bed was an acrobatic effort. The room Itself was dark, I felt I was in a coffin. In a 4 star hotel there were only pair cups in my room. Not even a free bottle of water. When I asked about my perks for VIP status, they brought cheap fizzy bottle. I asked to change it for a bottle of wine. They said that it will be much too expensive. A bottle of wine in Italy can cost as cheap Euro 9. Never touched that fizzy drink. Awful - the way I was treated as a poor relative. Shame!

One of the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in our check in and out. The bell boy quickly helped taking our luggage and leaded us to room. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, location was excellent! We will stay here again.
