Perfect for our short stay in Venice. Right next to the boat 1 stop for easy access to the airport and the train station. Great market just right there. The staff is lovely. Nice complementary breakfast. They kept our bags for us while we explored the city next day before our train.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered my messages quickly. This is a hotel built in 13th century. Well located near the Rialto bridge. Our room was a few floors up. Since there are no elevators in these old hotels it was a bit of a struggle to carry our luggage up 3 large flights.

It doesn’t look like the “Hilton” but it is typical of most hotels in older cities. It is very clean, quite convenient (lots of restaurants, shoe repair and laundry near by), quiet and staff are extremely helpful. It has all the basics of what you need for a great stay in a huge city. The room is recently updated. English is no problem. Sharon at the front desk has gone the extra mile to arrange our shuttle to the cruise ship. I would stay again.

Rooms were clean. Hotel had moderate breakfast rating in variety and ambience. Basic amenities in room were not satisfactory. Kettle was not there and even hot water requested could not be provided by hotel from their kitchen. I think there were no kitchen services except breakfast. Even tea/coffee/hot water was not possible after breakfasts - what to ask for lunch or dinner. Receipt for City tax collected was on simple paper bearing no name of hotel and other Govt. registration numbers, etc. Overall, not satisfied for value of money spent. Will not recommend to others.

The staff here is fantastic and the property is very convenient to the vaporetto stop Rialto Mercado. There is a small piazza near the hotel that can be very noisy at night. There are many restaurants and markets close by. There is not lift in this hotel. It is a very old building so be ready to climb stairs. If you have any mobility limitations, this is not the hotel for you.
