Expedia Hotel Review – Family Stay We had an amazing family stay in Venice. We were traveling with two children, and after an 8-hour flight delay, we arrived at 2:00 AM. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day. When we left just two days later at 6:00 AM, the hotel again went above and beyond by preparing breakfast to go and kindly seeing us off. These thoughtful touches made traveling with kids so much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The location is unbeatable — steps from the Rialto Bridge and right next to the water bus, making Venice easy and stress-free to navigate. This was our favorite stay of our entire trip through Europe. The front desk staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it to families visiting

There is no lift in this hotel and we had to carry all the luggages by the stairs. The staff were not helpful. They wanted to overcharge us for the tax and I showed our email to prove we should pay less!

The staff was very helpful when asked questions about the vaporetto stops and the best places to watch fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The staff even left a bottle of prosecco for us in our room to celebrate the new year. Our room was extremely clean and tidy.

There were no elevators or staff to help carry our really heavy luggage. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs - 20 stairs per flight. It was a lot. Workers were very nice and friendly, it was clean and location was great - right near where the boat lets you out.

Awesome hotel, great location and really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well. The only downfall for us (which was easily solved night 2) was the noise outside in the square - from 7pm to 4am it was really loud with music and people screaming and hollering (drunk!) so the next morning we went out and got ear plugs which solved the problem for the second night and we slept really well. Would absolutely stay again, but will make sure to have ear plugs! Also, a tip - don’t pack a heavy suitcase as you’ll need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs!

The hotel and room is very nice. It is convenient to hop on the water bus. But, the areas around the hotel do get very dark at night as there are very limited street lamps. If I was by myself I would be afraid to stay out too late at night.

I would stay here again. I sense an organized team behind the scenes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is prime. Staff is helpful, accommodating. Breakfast is good. The only thing I’d say is that the glasses often run out. Other than that, all was well! Thank you to the team that made our stay really nice.
