A romantic stay

My room had a bad sewage smell. But the hotel were amazing enough to put us into a new room. The breakfast is amazing, it is a 4 star hotel, so any room you purchase, you will definitely get breakfast for free.

The room was great once we got the right room with two beds which I’d asked for multiple times prior to arrival. Great location very accessible to everything on Venice and close to Piazzale Roma. Not overly friendly or helpful with room temperature problem - I guess when your surroundings are as beautiful as Venice and the tourists will keep Coming you don’t have to rely on customer service and P.R. Terrace wasn’t open unfortunately but the building was nice, breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean, but the air didn’t work well, if you opened the windows, you got eaten by mosquitos. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again for the price. Those who ranked it high must neve stayed in a decent hotel before.

We stayed in room 141 and the shower setup was bad. They only had a handheld shower and that caused the floor to get wet and everyday. Also the beds were not comfortable and the sounds of people in other rooms was too much. You can hear running water all night and also the room was small for $300 a night. Tv needed to be mounted on the wall as the table can’t be used without blocking your tv view. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Need bananas on the buffet. Also eggs to order would be nice. Tried to add a few days to a tour group stay and couldn’t get them to give me a discounted rate.

Easy walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Best part was that we had a junior suite on the Grand Canal. We had two balconies and it was magical watching the canal action. Bed was comfortable and we had two washrooms and a sitting area.

Great hotel near train station

Location from train station was ideal for this fantastic hotel. The property was beautiful, the room view of the canal was enchanting & the concierge was wonderful. He recommended 2 “off the beaten path” restaurants that were awesome (Casa Bonita & Agli Archi). I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a dream. It is so worth it to go extra and purchase a room with a balcony and the view of the canal. Everything from the reception as soon as we got there to the amazing breakfast that they serve in the mornings to the Charming rooms this hotel was a true dream for me

A very disappointing stay. The room was cold with no radiators, one of the lights wasn’t working and there was lots of hair left by the cleaner after each daily cleaning. The bed was very hard too. The entrance area smelled strongly of sewage. I regret staying at this hotel as it absolutely not a four star hotel it’s claiming to be. There are much better options for a lower price in Venice.
