Very nice place in an old building that brings unique experience in a small space. Convenient location with everything you need and easy walk or water ride around Venezia. We had room with a balcony on the canal that was wonderful, great place to seat down at the end of day or in the morning with the coffee.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Cendon, which is ideally placed for exploring Venice without being in the busier tourist areas. We had a amazing room which overlooked one of the many canals. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The ladies in the breakfast room were great and willing to make sure that we had everything we wanted. Would not hesitate booking this hotel on future visits to Venice.

Thanks to the very kind receptionist we were able to change our room from a dark one on street level ( with no soap , shower gel. or showercap ) to a more acceptable one on the 1. floor. with standard accessories . Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location away from the noise of tourists but was extremely expensive $450 night for a tiny room - no fan or air conditioning in mid May .. hot & humid - was told to leave window open & ended up with multiple mosquito bites all over face . Walls scuffed - lovely old place needs a refresh. Cold breakfast only. I did like the area on the canal & close to vapporato.

If you're arriving by train, 10 min walk on level ground to the hotel. Nice big bed room, with beautiful hot water for your shower. Close to town, but not too close. My wife and i loved it. Staff were great, and if you check out but leave later in the day. They hold your bags for you. Good easy stay
