Welcoming, accommodating and beautiful hotel

This hotel was wonderful. They were in contact with us via WhatsApp before we arrived and were very responsive to all our questions. Upon arrival the hotel itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the bartenders were funny and took care of us as well! I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the guests one floor above us were very loud - like stomping elephants. We called front desk about the noise but it continued for a couple of more nights.

This is a high end hotel with nice rooms, good ac, excellent staff and a very well executed breakfast. Location is good, but a bit of a walk to the most popular tourist attractions. When we first booked this property and were looking at the map we felt it was further away from most other options. After walking Venice for 3 days we realized what a perfect location this was. It’s easy to walk to the busy areas, but at night this hotel was in a quiet area. We got the corner room and opened up the windows in the morning. It was so appealing. Front desk staff were amazing. Polite, funny knowledgeable. We are on a 24 day cross Italy tour with 8 hotels and this property is so far rating as the best stay.
