Cuarto sucio y cama llena de cabellos

El cuarto estaba sucio cuando entré. Había cabellos en el piso del baño, el lavabo estaba sucio con arena y también había cabellos. Le avise a recepción perl cuando regresé los cabellos del baño seguían ahi. Cuando me voy a acostar y levanto las colchas estaban llenas de cabello adentro de la cama. Había cabellos en todas las sabanas y muchos, parecía que no las habían cambiado en mucho tiempo.

What we didn’t like the most is that we pay a lot for a room that we couldn’t even get a decent shower no water coming from shower head!!!! Terrible terrible terrible, and we have to go a lot to let them know they end it up changing us to room in same condition

Breakfast package on Expedia is just the basic one and you end up paying the difference to eat from the buffet. Food is ok, there are better options nearby. No interior pool, so with kids it's not ideal due to weather conditions. Not a bad hotel, but not great either.

The front counter staff tried to give me a lesser room than the one i paid for. Then, tv was not working. When I attempted to plug it in, the tv fell off the wall mount. Then, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This was the only reason i was able to make use of the miniBar I PAID FOR, they wanted to charge me extra. I honestly wouldve left had i not already paid in full my entire week, also non-refund. For the 23k in mxn pesos that i paid, i expected better.
