The rooms definitely need some updating. lots of other peoples hairs around in the room and bathroom so didn’t feel the cleanest but for a some what cheap stay it’s convenient.

Roaches, no hot tub, the listing clearly shows and stated there was one. Outdated. Mini fridge didn’t work. Low water pressure. We had to check in late due to traffic on the way down. Didn’t offer to either move date out one night or refund the night we weren’t there.

Loud music and horrible stench of marijuana on almost every floor. It seeped in under our doors. Had to plug doors with towels. Overall horrible trip.

My husband walked from the bed to the bathroom and his socks looked like he had walked in tar. Did not use shower, disgusting. Reported conditions to front desk with no response.

The overall look of the room and building shows that it's been abused needs a lot of repairs, need some deep cleaning. looks like some work has been done but it's very poor quality repair work has been done and it looks very dirty and worn out everywhere (mold and rust stains). staff was very friendly!

Extremely loud music booming all evening. Was told it would end by 8 pm but its still going at 9:30. Was very disappointed that there is NO HOT TUB, as advertised. Lock on door by pool doesn't work so you have to walk around the building to get back in after swimming. Was told by front desk staff that they are aware it doesn't work and I just need to block it open when I go outside to use pool so I can get back inside. Side door is broken and doesn't shut to outside. Door to room doesn't latch unless you give it an extra tug to close it all the way. This place is not safe!
