Overall my stay was good! However I was under the impression that I paid for a suite with 2 queens bed. Instead I had a suite with 2 full beds and I was not impressed. I was completely disappointed. Staff were pleasant and helpful!

I was visiting for a wedding that was at 4pm, I called for an early check in and TT was very pleasant and understanding and was able to get me in at 1, which was perfect. The hotel and room were clean and in great shape. I had an excellent stay, thank you!!

The room was clean, cool, and had great shower water pressure! There is a convenient outlet mall not more than 5 minutes away. It can be a bit tricky making the correct right hand turn from busy SR 60, but there is a slightly longer access area just a half block further east.

My family and I was in Vero Bench for a funeral and from we checked in our 2 room the process was smooth. Mickey at the front desk was excellent. He will be our reason for return as he was 20/10. My aunt left her medicine in the refrigerator and within 3 min of me checking out he called for me to turn around. I love his customer service skills. The room was nice and spacious. My new hotel for Vero Beach

First room had a strong bleach smell upon entering, and then we discovered a window leak, but was promptly moved to another room. Second room smelled of old bleach rags, in the bathroom and around the bed area. Other than the rooms, Outside and inside was nicely decorated and service was excellent!
