A gem in Sebastian

The Davis House is a fine place to stay, it is comfortable,clean,and safe. The owner Kyle provides everything you need. the wraparound rooms provide nice privacy and its close to the river and many dinning options and lots of free self parking close to rooms. Its owr second stay and we plan to stay again. Chris and Jenna K.

My room had no scenic view. The bathroom was very small and claustrophobic. The kitchenette was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave, no way to prepare fried eggs or heat water. On the plus side the staff were friendly, and things were clean.

Having a suit style room for the price was excellent. It may not be modern and flashy but it has all the necessities of a costal getaway! The kitchen amenities were great with coffee, cream, and sugar available. The dining table came in handy too as i had some sewing to do! Of course the ironing board got used for that too! Didn’t get much use out of the couch and living room tv but it was a welcome touch! There was also a smaller tv by the bed which was great for unwinding and watching game shows! My only critics are that the bed was very firm, which started to affect my sleep on the second night. Also the bathroom was a bit cramped with the door opening into the shower and toilet. Overall a lovely stay local spot to stay! 15/10 recommend for a costal getaway!

Nice, small, quiet property but close to the dining, park, and waterfront attractions. Kyle is an amiable innkeeper and they have done a nice job here. Would/will stay here again.

Kyle was available to answer any questions we had including a tour of other rooms/suites available. Clean, quiet and comfortable, close by amenities, fabulous deck with grill, mini fridge and tables for guest use. Will definitely stay here again.

Very happily impressed!

Property and room were extremely clean. The building and room are old, not sure how old, but everything on the property looks very, very fresh. Location had wonderful views of the river, with close proximity to many restaurants, and the main road that will get you where you want to go with ease.

The room was immaculate. The full size fridge is a wonderful idea. The large counter with sink, coffee maker and microwave and an abundance of cabinet and drawers containing dishes and silverware makes it so convenient. The room was large with petition between the king sized bed and the front area the contained a nice sofa and a table with four chairs and tv. The air conditioning was superb. I would highly recommend it.
