We were not happy with the room as it was described to us that there was a fold out bed, in reality it was a pull out couch that did not meet our needs. In addition the day clerk at the desk was less than enthusiastic when approached about the room cleaning after the pipe irrigations in all the rooms. We were told to let the water run for several minutes when the job was completed and then the water came out brown. However, we requested that the shower stall be sanitized with bleach and she stated they don't do that. I stated that something needed to be done or else I would speak to a manager.

Property and rooms need a reno. Desk staff were polite but inattentive. Housekeeping was poor. Room cleanliness was also below standards. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms mid stay due to ants in the room. No compensation offered or extended. Room layout was inadequate for longer than overnight stay. Breakfast was exactly the same every day; unkept, unclean, and poorly stocked. Food selection and food quality was substandard, and food not stocked adequately. Weekend days were worse than weekends. Food service staff on weekends were not present. Staff during weekdays barely adequate. Overall, price, value, and quality substandard, especially for Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointing stay. I DO NOT recommend.

We showed up for breakfast at 0830. There was little to no food. Nothing either one of us would eat. The entire hotel had an odor of mold or mildew. This hotel is also way past needing to be renovated. I had a hard time belueving this hotel is affiliated with Marriot. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows had a terrible smell. The one kudo that I would give them is the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

I thought the sofa bed was a pull-out bed but instead it wasn’t the typical sofa bed and it was pretty complicated and it wouldn’t fit an adult comfortably and it was pretty filthy down there. Aside from that my stay overall was exceptional.
