Our stay at River Walk Casino Hotel was a mixed bag. Overall, the hotel is pretty good! The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable—definitely a plus after a long day. However, the casino itself could use a serious upgrade in its ventilation system; it felt a bit stifling while we were there. Now, onto the dining experience. The staff at the front desk recommended the on-site restaurant, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant delay in service. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes while staff passed by, focusing on a table of five and some patrons at the bar which were all taken care of by the staff at the bar. Since it was just the two of us—me eating and my husband ordering a drink—I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered a salad and two sweet teas from the hostess. Kudos to the hostess, though! She was wonderful and genuinely friendly, doing her best to turn around what was becoming a frustrating experience. In summary, while the hotel has its strengths such as cleanliness and comfort, they really need to step up their dining service. Thank you to the friendly hostess for saving the day!

Room was sorta dirty. One bed the fitted sheet wasn’t all the way on the bed and it was old with fabric pills and pulled threads. The fitted sheet on the other bed was way too big for the bed and was hanging down, very wrinkled like it was it wasn’t changed. Crumbs on the carpet.

We were extremely disappointed! We checked in to a horrible place and it was so dirty! We ended up leaving and going to stay at a much nicer safer place in Vicksburg. It was so rundown, disgusting with trash all over the property. I will never recommend or go back there

We stopped here for one night on a road trip. This property needs to be renovated. Everything is old and dingy. I had to clean out coffee pot in room before using it and the bed was visibly lumpy. The staff were friendly; however, I would not go back.
