No rooms were available b4 4;00 check in due to cleaning staff shortage. This 4:00 in the lobby was a zoo. Elevators we down fir our entire 4 day stay - no assistance offered to get luggage up/down stairs. Room with 1 queen bed was a shoebox.

We chose the hotel because of location and having access to a room via an elevator. I have an injured hip and back and am unable to use stairs. We checked in and were told that the elevator was out of service for the weekend. We checked out the following morning cutting our stay short by 2 days. The Manager was willing to reimburse us for one day. She told us to contact Expedia for the other days prepaid. Still waiting for the refund.

The property is right at the center of downtown Victoria which is very convenient for sightseeing. Room is clean and the price is reasonable. The only 1 thing to improve is when checking in, the front desk agent should have stood up with a smile to greet us (even though we're just some students) which we didn't receive. We're taking hospitality program so we evaluate this very well. Other than that, everything was good. Highly recommend this place if you want to be right in downtown with walking distance to incredible spots.
