Lack of communication. From expedia to the hotel. Failed to tell us i need to fill out a form for reposit. Became a debacle at 11 30 pm at night. Form was sent to fill out. However, impossible to fill out even being tech savvy. No % off for lack of communication on form or headache of pre paying and desling with fall out after. Raised our price after the booking. Would not reccomend at all. Not staffs fault. However, it is the fault of the establishment not having an easier streamline to communicate or send an easy form to make the flow go. Nothing but trouble and no resolution to make up for their lack of communication.

Awful stay, our two from were next to the elevator and windows facing to the wall for $500+ a room I expected better rooms. Rooms are tiny and hotel misrepresented, there is no bar or game in the hotel it’s just separate restaurant around the corner. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location close to everything but for this price you could get much better quality rooms in better hotel. I regret I booked this hotel, do not recommend it look around for better and cheaper options

Terribly greedy management. I accidentally booked for the wrong night while attending to a family emergency. I cancelled with the hotel so they could resell the room. They had full Occupancy, but yet refused to provide me a refund. It was insult to injury and I hope they enjoy taking money for services they didn’t provide.

The noise level was unbearable. The hotel is attached to a bar with a rooftop club. There were people getting arrested throughout the night. Between the music, people screaming and cops we didn’t sleep much. When I talked to the front desk at checkout they told me I should have requested earplugs…. 2 other people complained and were given discounts. That part really frustrated me. I would not recommend staying here.

Good and Not so Good

If you’re ok with loud roof top rave parties, then this is the spot. The Sports Bar below was a cool place to watch hockey, have a drink, play pool and darts.

This is a cute, quaint, boutiquey hotel well located in downtown Victoria. The room was clean, nicely appointed but quite small. The main issue besides space was the motion-sensory light in the bathroom under the vanity. An interesting idea but too bright, came on regardless and stayed on too long after. We fixed this issue by unplugging the unit. We were very appreciative of being able to leave our luggage in a safe room while spebding a bit more time in the city after checkout. This worked out great and the fellow who helped manage the bags was great! Thanks!
