Great location. Easy walking to downtown Victoria shops, restaurants etc. The Parkside is lovely. Staff are wonderful. Try to book a room away from the elevators as they are very noisy. (My only complaint about the property)

This was our first time staying at Parkside Hotel and Spa. Our room was comfy and the perfect size for the 3 of us. Our son enjoyed feeding the koi fish in the mornings. Great location to downtown and very walkable. We will definitely be coming back next time.

My good friend and I came in after being on the coast and hiking We were greeted with joyful response when we were sharing our experience and the reason for our trip. It was to celebrate a milestone birthday and a long standing friendship Later that evening we received a sweet note and a gift from the Parkside Team, delivered personally by the lovely young woman who checked us in! We were very touched and impressed! We loved our room and it was the perfect spot to settle after our travels After we left we realized we'd forgotten some things and house keeping had them and was very responsive and helpful in arranging for us to get them back I have rarely been able to recover forgotten items from a hotel! SUPER IMPRESSED And grateful!! Parkside will definitely be my choice to stay when I come to Victoria!

Excellent location, quiet, the lobby was beautiful. My kids spent lots of time in lobby. The pool was full length lap and kids swim perfectly. Highly recommended for family stay in Victoria!

We stayed one night with our grandsons (age 9, 11) and we all enjoyed our stay. The highlights were the pool, the boys like to swim and it's big enough to accommodate lap swimmers and a few paddlers and the rooftop garden was a hit with the boys too.
