The staff were friendly and check in and out was easy. I feel like a deep clean would be helpful for the rooms. Freeway noise was manageable. The pillows were very stiff. Breakfast was available in the morning. Overall, it served the purpose that we needed for a quick overnight stop on our way to Disneyland.

The shower did not work in my room. I informed the manager who even had me accompany, the maintenance man who couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working either. The manager refused to credit me anything for the inconvenience, when Expedia contacted them the manager lied about the shower working.

Everyone was courteous. Ashley at the front counter was especially helpful. Good breakfast with hot food. Room was Curran and modern with a modern TV, a stocked Keurig and curtains you can actually close.

Nice and clean rooms. If you call hotel directly, you may need to try it few times - the staff may not be at the font desk all the time. They allow dogs, but check current daily charge ($35). Expedia had it listed as $30 - it could be corrected now

Staff were great. Only problem was the rooms location. Bottom floor near elevator and lobby. But that wasn’t the only noise issue. I don’t know what was going on, but all night long I would hear load thuds and noise that sounded like work noise. Anyway, I will request a top floor room on the end next time. The room was new and super clean.

The staff was over and above, kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We got VIP treatment. Parking was easy. Room was clean and had plenty of space. The body wash and shampoo smells wonderful! Checkout was a breeze. Hot chocolate was great, available at check-in and during breakfast -- probably throughout the day. Breakfast sitting space was a little tight. But the food was good. A little more limited than the last breakfast buffet we had at a different hotel, but plenty to eat and a decent variety. For the price we paid it was totally worth it.
