Terrible night!

Usually, I don’t write reviews,but this time I felt the need to share my experience. I booked this.hotel to rest after a long day of driving.The check-in process was fine,but later that night,we hear loud noises caming from the next door room.There were a few kids who were loud and rowdy we could hear them crying and fighting.while their parents yelled at them. Afterward,my husband and I went to out for dinner on our way, we stopped by the reception to inform them about the noisy situation.We asked if they had another room available for us to move to,but they said the hotel was fully booked.we returned around 9pm, the noise was still ongoing.We turned on the TV in an attempt to tried to sleep. But the commotion continued until about 1:30 am after a restless night,I called the reception to complain,and finally,someone addressed the issue..I just don’t understand why those parents allowed their children to be awake and so laud at such a late hour, so my advice is avoid this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay, the walls have poor insulation allowing you to hear everything and the cleanliness leaves much to desired.

Misleading and dishonest

Booked and when we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved so sold Me another room and said I would have to cancel in the morning with manager but would not reverse the hotels.com charge and had to pay 2 times for a room with less beds that we reserved!!

Front desk person, Fee, is very unwelcoming. As the face of a hotel/hospitality business, one expect friendly and helpful front desk. I came in early to try to see if I can do an early check in. There was no person in the front desk to ask. Then she came out with a borderline rude demeanor when I asked politely if I can do an early check in; she’s like, “no, I’m still checking out, come back after 3”. Came the check in time, I checked in. No greetings, no please or thank you from her. Very disappointed.

Decent overnight

Pleasant stay overall. Dealt with some noise outside at 2am. Front desk was friendly and breakfast decent (no hot water for tea drinkers as machine broken). Bed comfortable and room clean.
