not too good

room was not cleaned until I went to desk and requested this was a week long stay so I expected better service. elevator not functioning properly. The first morning I woke to a dead mouse in the middle of the room. could not get a drink in the bar. the bartender could not make any mixed drinks or cocktails.

I did not like that i had only sheer drapes to cover the window at night. The room darkening drapes were only on both sides of the window and did not extend the over the entire window. Ice machine on third floor out of order.

Friendly staff, needs maintenance

The hotel is on its way to being run down. There were out of order signs on several things. However, that staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with an item I left behind.

We stayed in early January and hotel was a ghost town. Only a few other guests. Restaurant was out of almost their entire menu and probably should have just closed. The hottub was broken, which was the entire reason we paid for this hotel over others thst were much cheaper in the area. Fire alarm in room started beeping around midnight due to low battery so we had to switch rooms. All in all, just a bad stay and glad we didnt book an entire week here.

Pass on this one.

This hotel needs a redo. Stained sheets, towels, carpet & furniture. The pool was in really bad shape & dirty. On the good side, the staff were nice. Way too expensive for how bad of shape it was in.

Average property overall. I was in the same room as before and the bathroom wall to the right of the door by the trash can is still filthy. I mentioned this before so you obviously don’t pay much attention to these surveys. I guess they’re just protocol! Room 108! Also the coke machine has been broken down for our last 3 stays,

You can hear people through the walls. They moved us with no problems. Clean and staff great. Restaurants in hotel had great burgers. Bar available.

Nothing worked. Carpet stained and stretched. Mold smell. This was a beautiful property but has seen its best days. Breakfast was great as was staff. Lobby beautiful but moldy smell as soon as you walk in. Drain backed up with a hair clog maintenance came and got out and gladly showed us.
