Ok for a night. Very basic

Pros: Location was good and staff very friendly.
Cons: Lack of room facilities and cleanliness
Location: Only a €10 taxi ride (25 mins) into the centre of Vienna. Restaurants in walking distance.
Room was ok, bathroom towels not completely clean, water was very slow running. Main room was ok. No facilities in room such as a kettle, no bottles of water. Got woke up at 7am on Sunday due to staff rearranging furniture in other rooms. Noise continued for around 1 hour.

A Very Nice Stay

The breakfast was really good although I have one regret: I drank coffee on the three days I was there. Usually I drink tea with breakfast but for some reason I prefererred the coffee which admittedly was OK but they had a nice selection of teas which no one seemed to choose and I copied everyone else. the cereals were good and there was an excellent fruit salad. Also there was some cooked food - also quite good. I enjoyed my two sessions in the sauna which was almost unbearably hot but no cold bath - just some showers. The room was very good and the TV was impressive but no English channels and no possibility of having subtitles even though it was on the menu. The bed was nice and comfy and the bathroom quite good. The wi-fi was alright but could be a little faster.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer waren mal wirklich schön, hätten aber eine Renovierung verdient. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Straßenseitige Zimmer sind laut und überheizt, und Klimaanlage ist im Winter nicht in Betrieb!

die ganze Anlage entspricht keinen 4 Sterne Hotel, alles veraltet, Teppiche gerissen so dass man Stolpert, verbrande Waschtische, Frühstück nicht ausreichend, Klimaanlage im Zimmer geht nicht, man kann kein Fenster öffnen zu laut, die Tapete an den Wänden hat schürfspuren und die Zimmer im allgemeinen nicht schön, die Dusche, es gibt keine Badewann, ganze Bad ist naß. Wir waren sehr verärgert. Zumal wir das Hotel Stornieren Wollten und dies nicht ging. Es werden Reisebusse rangekarrt und diese Urlaube haben keine Möglichkeit sich zu wehren. Das Personal ist nett, bis auf den Chef. Sie wissen um die schlechte Qualität des Hauses, können aber nicht ändern. Sie werden noch von uns hören.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, wobei Straßenbahn 52 fast direkt vor der Tür hält und zum Westbahnhof fährt. Straßenbahn 49 ist nicht weit weg und fährt zum Volkstheater. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Mobiliar ok, wenn auch etwas betagt. Leider isolieren die Fenster nicht gut gegen Lärm. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Allerdings darf man es nicht vor 9 Uhr benötigen. Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich von Busreisegruppen belegt, die früh morgens den Frühstücksraum füllen und laut machen. WLAN ist kostenlos. Es gibt zahlreiche TV Programme auf großen Flachbildschirmen.

Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Huone oli kohtuullinen ja henkilökunta oli kohteliasta. Suihkun termostaatti oli viallinen eli veden lämpötilaa oli hankala säädellä. Lisäksi hotelli sijaitsee todella kaukana keskustasta tosin keskustaan pääsee hyvin julkisilla (spora, metro).
